The Selection Process

Candidates are primarily sourced through our extensive industry networks and executive search capabilities. We also advertise using various mediums over the internet as well as search our own comprehensive data base.

We obtain a thorough understanding of the role; the company culture and skill set required ensuring we deliver the best outcome.

Candidates are screened according to their behavioural competencies, thorough reference checking is conducted on selected candidates and psychological testing can be arranged on request. We will handle all stages in the negotiation of the final package and will continue to monitor the performance of the candidate during the first 3 months of employment.
